Study permit at buffalo

Anyone has any experience or knowledge of applying for a study permit through buffalo while visiting canada?

How likely is it to get the study permit from there?

I dont have an experience with Buffalo office in regards to the study permit application, but yea if you can satisfy the officer that you have an interest in getting a valued education and plan to return after your graduation....you should get it.
