so your application still says processing background check? since you applied from pakistan which has an 8 week processing time your application is still on track... so i see nothing to be worried about.

Well it says several things:

We are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements
Processing background check
Application in progress..

Ya, I hope something positive comes out of it. (fingers crossed)

applied 31 may

submitted biometrics on 12 june

got it on 4 july i think... so basically 3 weeks

Hi

Update: Collected my passport. It says SW-1

Mine is also similar case i got it as SW1 however at port of entry i got only work permit with employer as my university. They said this serves as both. University is asking for study permit. Pls help me if this is the case with you i need immediate help on what to do
