Hey... You indeed have a strong chance of getting an approval. Your profile looks good. I hope you provided all the neccessary documents and a neat SOP.

And don't worry. All the best

Yeah, I provided all necessary documents, neat SOP. Also I wasn’t asked for any other additional documents. Thanks for the reply!

You profile and progression of timeline looks fine so far.

Only thing is lot of people with siblings already in Canada get remarks of 'Will not return to home country due to current ties in Canada' In simple terms they feel you are sneaking in the country in the pretext of study and will not go back to home country.

But a sibling can’t do anything for other sibling, as they can’t sponsor PR etc..! Also, I’ve seen many people with similar case and got approval, but what you said is also a valid point, it can go either way for me, for instance they can also think, as his sister completed her studies here and is on PGWP, they don’t have any issues with financial. Anyways, Thanks for the reply!

Off course, I really hope it does go positive for you.

From what I know the way they see it is, you already have a close family there and should you choose to stay illegally they are there to protect you financially. It may happen, not denying but the problem is they should check the profile of the person applying and socio-economic conditions of the country they are coming from to decide whether they are trying to escape a crisis, etc. Unfortunately, this logic is not applied always and depends on the VO reviewing your file. Final decision in many ways is very subjective.
