I submitted my study permit application online from Canada on 3rd April and up till now the status is still “your application is still in progress”, i checked the normal processing time is 4 weeks...now 9 weeks passed still no updates at all. Does anyone encounter the same circumstance? It is so abnormal... does anyone know what should I do?
