My husband and I holding canadian visitor visa
We visited Canada 5 times before for exams without any overstay.
My husband is planing to submit a request for study visa (6 month course in governmental university)
Can he apply for me and our 2 kids along with him in the same application.
What are your advice to support our application to avoid rejection.
In case it was approved would my kids join schools and be covered by health insurance.

Study permits are only given for programs longer than 6 months. Families of international students are not guaranteed visas to remain in Canada. If they are granted visas they will have access to elementary or secondary education. Some provinces have international student health plans. Your family would have to look into if they could get coverage and whether there's a cost. In other provinces they would be covered under the provincial plan.
