Can anyone please help me to know at which stage I am at present? (i.e. IP1, IP2 ?)
Study visa application submitted on 9th Jan 2021 from Tanzania for Fall 2021 (Sept) intake. Biometrics completed on 25th Jan 2021
GC Key information display as following,

Review of eligibility -We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results -You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
Review of additional documents -We do not need additional documents.
Interview- You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics- January 25, 2021 Completed.
Background check -We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision -Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Also anybody from Tanzania who have applied recently? Or someone who has already got study permit approved from Tanzania?
How long does it actually take to get the study permit? Help please.

What is IP1 and IP2?
Given that eligibility review has already started, you may receive a decision soon. But it may actually take time.
