Study Permit and Work Permit (CO-OP) - 2023 Working hours eligibility

I have my application started and finished in between the changing of 20+ hours working hours for international students.
My home country agent referred to the same rule that was mentioned in my study permit's condition, which is about PER R186(F), (V), or (W).
But my work permit only has one condition: "NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT IN BUSINESS RELATED TO SEX TRADE ..."

My program is a co-op program. That's why Ive got both a work permit and a study permit.
It should be a 1-year study + 1-year work in total 2 years.
But my co-op work permit date issued is the same as my study permit.

I am unsure if I am entitled to work more than 20 hours.
I've been in Canada and starting my study in March,
I have called IRRC in the morning for quite a while but still have had no luck connecting with the agent.

I've attached the screenshot of my work permit and study permit for reference.

Can anyone help me to clarify this issue with some credibility?
I would appreciate it a lot. Thank you.

When did you apply for the study permit? If you applied before October 7 and meet all conditions in the link, you can work full-time aside from your co-op.

Hi, @Naturgrl, Thank you for responding to my threads. I meet all the requirements but I started my application in September with my agent but got the invitation for a consent form from Canada Visa Application Center on November 27.

Read the requirements in the link. If you meet all conditions you can work full-time in addition to co-op work.
