Study permit and work issues

I am Indian student. I enrolled in a one year PG program from Jan, 18. I failed in one course in 1st sem. And the result was declared late so they didn't give me that course in final sem. And now I need to take that course as a part-time study, as my next program will start from Jan, 19. So the problem is clg is not giving me that course in this fall intake, too. So I have quary of that Can I take an official break until Jan, 19? Or if I study part-time..can I work part-time?

What you are describing is an unofficial break. You cannot work during unofficial breaks.

You also cannot work off campus while studying part time. You must be a full time student to work off campus.
