Hi Guys,
I have been accepted to PhD program (fully funded) for Fall 2021. I would like to know whether i need to submit IELTS score for my study permit given that, firstly, my University waived off my English requirement given that my medium of instruction for PG and UG was entirely in English. In addition to that, i do have a TOEFL score (93). So, do i need still need IELTS score when i apply for study permit? Thank you
Also, if i have full funding for PhD, so i still need to show GIC?

Already have a TRV of 10 years which i took for my research fellowship last year, but had to come back due to COVID
