Study Permit Amendment Processing Time

Hello,

I submitted a study permit amendment by mail in late July to allow on or off campus work. It has been more than 1 month and I haven't received any status on my application. The website says it takes 1 month in average.
How long are they actually taking?

I want to confirm that I sent it to the correct address
I sent it to the following address:
Operations Support Centre (OSC)
P.O. Box 8784 STN T CSC
Ottawa, Ontario K1G 5J3

Last I heard they are not processing paper applications due to covid, check IRCC website and their twitter if that has changed.

Hello, Even I am in the same situation, submitted my amendment application on 24th September, however still haven't received any updates. What happened to your application? Did it get approved? If yes, how long did it take?
