You need to contact the universities where you are interested in studying to see what scholarships they offer for international students and what the requirements are to qualify in terms of grades and/or work experience.

There are extremely limited scholarships for international students. Domestic students are the priority. Your most realistic option is if you are an over excelling student and can contact companies who will privately fund your studies with the goal of working for them eventually. I have seen that done and succeed.
