study in canada

hello,i wish to study my MS in canada for computer science.
i wish to know the requirements for this procedure.
i have answered my IELTS exam with a band of 7.listening:7.5,reading:7.5,writing:6 and speaking:7.5
i scored 77%in 10th standard,50% in 12th standard and 63% in my BSC
i have no working experience.i completed my bsc in 2011..
is there any way that iam eligible to apply for MS in canada abroad?
experts please help me

my bsc is a 3 year degree course.so are there any colleges that accept a 3 year diploma course?

I have done my MASTER of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. Now i want to do MS in computer science for my Phd.

Please write me key points about that level.

okay so..is a post secondary diploma good enough?if i did a course of 2 years for computer programming,will it help?
is it a good course that can get me a good job if my academic scores are good?
also is it equivalent to an MSC in computers?
