Hi,

1. 16 years of study requirement is a set standard for all major/above average B-schools; still you can check out www.canadian-universities.net/MBA/MBA_Schools_Canada.html link to see if there exist 'any chance' for a 15 year graduation.
2. For MBA admission you also need;
-a GMAT score to apply in all average/above average B-schools (exceptions are there, but with strict conditions).
-2/3 letter of reference in a sealed envelope.
-One Statement of Purpose.
-2/3 years of work experience.
-CV
-atleast 2 transcripts for each B-school application.
-telephonic interview, if required.
3. No, you won't get a 3 year PGWP for a 1 year PG Diploma course

I must say start considering options out side Toronto or community colleges in GTA area like Contesga, Niagara, Flemming (provided if they have PG level programs), as they are not much known.

Hi,

1. As a minimum, you need ONLY first year tuition fees + CAD 10,000 as a living expenses (CAD 8,000 in case of Indian students).
2. It would be 'much better' if you show the required amount by way of a certified bank loan.

Finance is ONLY a procedural requirement, ofcourse it's better if you can show more, still the most important thing is your academic grades/standing + competitive study plan in Canada.
