college wont ask for an SOP. If they ask then its just an admission essay. SOP is required for visa purpose.

I want to apply study visa for my sister , she is 26 years of age.
Did 12th High School in 2009
B.com - She started in 2010 but dropped after a year .
She is working in a company right now and worked for 4-5 years in between.
Can someone help me if it is feasible to go for Diploma courses as she got her IELTS 6 band.
I am in canada her brother as a PR
