No it's fine. You can't work in between both courses though. Make sure you apply to extend your student visa based on your recent acceptance.

okay but i got mail from clj that i am posting below please suggest me on that as i am working now but i am thinking of working full time but did not start till now.

Dear Students,

On March 12, 2018, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) made some important changes to their policies related to work during breaks in studies. These changes should come as great news to many students! Please read thedetails in this email to understand how these new policies affect you.

You can read the full Off-Campus Work policy on IRCC’s website by visiting the following link:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/study-permits/campus-work.html

Here are some highlights copied and pasted from the website:

Full-time or part-time course load during a regularly scheduled break

Students who are enrolled full time during the academic sessions before and after a regularly scheduled break and who decide to undertake a part-time or full-time course load during that regularly scheduled break are eligible to work off campus on a full-time basis. If a program of study does not provide for a regularly scheduled break and a student creates their own break in a program, it is considered as leave from studies, rather than as a regularly scheduled break. Students who create their own break in a program are not eligible to work on or off campus during that break.

Students who have completed a program of study and will be starting a new program of study within 150 days of receiving a written confirmation of program completion from their current institution

Students may work off campus on a full-time basis until the start of their new program if the following applies:

  • they meet the eligibility criteria to work off campus [R186(v)]
  • they have received written confirmation of program completion from their current institution (for instance, a transcript or an official letter)
  • they have submitted an application to change conditions, extend their stay or remain in Canada as a student before their current study permit expired, or they still have a valid study permit
  • they have been issued a letter of acceptance to a subsequent program of full-time study at a DLI and will be starting the new program within 150 calendar days of receiving a notification of program completion from their current institution

If the new program of study starts more than 150 calendar days after the first date they receive written confirmation of program completion from their current institution, the student is eligible to work off campus only during the first 150 consecutive days after the first date they receive written confirmation of program completion. They should then either apply to change their status (for instance, change it into visitor status) or leave Canada until their new program commences.

Students who have applied to extend their stay in Canada as a student are required to cease working if their study permit application is refused.

We hope everyone is having a great semester!

Seems like they have changed it. You said you finished in March and plan to continue in September which is more than 150 days.

You can certainly go home and return in September as long as you have applied to extend study permit and your trv. You have to figure out when your date of course completion is and whether it is less than 150 days until your course starts in September. Most programs end in April or May and restart in September so would qualify to work based on the less than 150 days.

I have a course which is block style with no breaks so my course starts at may and end on 30 of march and on 14 of april i get the completion letter with my certificate. So if i took that into account that 150 days equal to roughly 5 months and from april to september its 5 months. So sir please can you suggest any solution and valid

You will have to find out if march 30th or April 14th is the date you should consider. There should be no approximation you need to figure out if it is exactly less than 150 days.

If it is more than 150 days you can't work then. That is what the letter says. You can travel home if you want just make sure your trv is valid to reenter and you extend your study permit.
