Hi,
I want to study in canada as post secondary in the shortest, cheapest program that will be considered for work permit, and subsequently leading to PR.

I know that that sounds quite ideal, but I have no reason to believe it doesn't exist. Can you lead me to the cheapest vocational school, college for the shortest program? Having in mind I only bave 20K$ in my bank account.

and which places in canada, I know of Experience Quebecois in Quebec, what about Alberta and others?
Thanks so much

Others can comment as well but Based on your post you already I think realise you are asking an impossible question, especially with so little information on your profile.

One of the major requirements of getting a study permit is that any course chosen must be relevant to current qualifications and enhance your career prospects when you return to your home country. Picking some random course because it may be cheaper than any other would not work as far as immigration are concerned.

As for costs expect you have read that many international fees are in the 14000-18000 CDN range and on top of that 10000 CDN per year living expenses. Even with a study permit given can only work 20 hours a week often in a minimum wage job it is impossible to cover this with work . There may be the odd course out there costing less but costing less usually could mean short duration but again without knowing planned subject impossible to say.

As for the shortest program maybe 8 months but that would only mean an 8 month PGWP when for PR most would recommend a 2 year course to get a 3 year PGWP given for PR there is more chance of getting 1 year Canadian work experience towards PR with a 3 year PGWP.

As for vocational schools/colleges avoid any that are designated private as they do not qualify for a post grad work permit.

Hi,

I came to Canada as a PR and got enrolled in a Canadian undergraduate program and now my days are done, the problem is with the language requirements. Do I submit my transcripts? It says that my studies have to be complete in a secondary or post-secondary institution for them to consider the transcripts/diploma/degree/certificate as acceptable. I have 1 year to go.
