I TRY TO FIND ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS.. DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING PREVIOUS STUDIES.. (BACKLOGS(SPP) REFUSED BECAUSE OF BACKLOGS??)

CAN WE APPLY FOR STUDENT VISA CANADA.(UNDER SPP)..... IF HAVING BACKLOGS IN PREVIOUS STUDIES

Yes you can apply if you have had backlogs in the past.
But all of them should be clear,and you should have received your Degree,before you apply.

Backlogs cannot be more than 2 per semester... And it should obviously be cleared.. Correct me if i am wrong though i am pretty sure about this...

There isn't any rule for backlogs. I seen many students who got Visa although having 18 backlogs..!!!

Nop, it's only rumars. There is nt any written rule on website or any other document that state backlogs.
