I submitted my student permit application on 26th July and is under process.
- I have applied for study permit under general category for a 1 year post graduate diploma in HR. Though I worked as a teacher in Saudi Arabia for a month this year, I am an MBA 2nd year student and my previous 3 years' work experience is related to HR. I mentioned my present occupation as student and submitted the MBA 1st year marks lists and the student id card.
-I paid the first semester fee which is Rs.285000. I showed 2 lakhs as my bank balance and submitted a bank sanction letter for 6 lakhs. I submitted a letter explaining the source of funds (certificates showing that I obtained 5 lakhs through agricultural amount and sale of land. I submitted bank statements of two of my accounts which I have been operating in the last 2 years.
- My IELTS average band score is 7 with no band less than 6.
- I applied for Canadian immigration (fsw) in July 2005 as a teacher and I mentioned the file no. in the application.
Now please express your opinion through a visa officer's point of view.
