Student work hours and co op hours of work - which stream

Hi I am an international student almost ready to graduate. I have accumulated work hours towards my PResidency in the field I am graduating in including co op hours. I will have a total of 1400 hours . I would like to apply for PR to Ontario in Skill level B Under NOC after I get my 3 year post graduate work permit, but I am not sure which stream to apply to . Is there any information which is best ?? Can the hours worked be applied to the express entry ??
