Student with Open Work Permit - JOB Offer

Hi,

A student with open work permit working in Canada for a Year in FULL time, NOC -B

The JOB offer which he gets from Employer is valid for the Express entry, Is open work permit needs an LMIA that need to be done mandatory to gain points,

If you wish to claim those points then convince your employer to go with the LMIA route.

Why would you post this question again? If you do not trust the response from @DelPiero07 and I, then go talk to a lawyer or read through the IRCC regulations. Duplicated post wastes everyone's time and energy here in the forum.
