You would be able to work part-time while studying but they're a private college, so no PGWP later. I'd suggest avoiding it and looking for a public college.
So get admission to a school, pay first year tution, apply for study permit and if single show a minimum of $20k. You can work up to 20 hours per week which may not cover living expenses.
