Is it possible to apply for MA studies in Canada while persuing PhD in homecountry? if not is it possible to apply for PhD then change to MA once in Canada? Which option is th best please, considering that I have graduated (MA) in 2014, but I am still registered as a 3rd year PhD student in my country. I am 35. Thanks in advance.
