Your IELTS is a bit low with one of your scores being 5.5. Getting admission is not only about marks. The program you apply to has to make sense based on previous education and work experience and must lead to career advancement. Also have to have adequate finances and ties to your home country.

You have done bachelor of technology, so you should go for Masters program or a graduate diploma/certificate. As VO might reject this. However it can be evaded by explaning in SOP that why you want to do this diploma program.
But your ielts score is a bit low. Try getting 6.5 bands overall with no band less than 6. Otherwise you have great profile.
