i am ashan. i got rejection for september intake and i got 5.5 band and now i gave ielts exam again and i got 6.5 band and i have shown all the document propely so is there chance for getting student visa for jan intake ? and i have doubt that i have to pay the university fees before applying for one year is it ok ? so guys can you all help me and say if i apply again i have chance to get visa ?

yes, you can apply again and given your IELTS score just pay a year tuition fees to apply under SDS if your country is part of the program. With your new IELTS score and other documentation I have no idea of, your chances are good
