My Status:
CEC : 383 points and doesnt want to IELTS again. SCORE IELTS General : (7.5, 6.5, 6, 5.5)
I have done post graduation from Humber completed in 2013 gt Workpermit for 3 years and came back to home country.
Now decided to go again on student visa to the same college for an advanced course for 3 years.
Since it is not mentioned IELTS is required for me so eventually i have obtained a Final offer from humber.
Final offer: Means you have an offer to the program and this offer is firm. You should confirm this offer at ontariocolleges.ca to hold your seat in the program. C must recieve your confirmation Due By date as indicated.
which is I blv is not conditional.
Now my query is:
1. Do I still need to give IELTS academic to apply for VISA?
2. Presently I am in Dubai and planning to go for Online application is it the better idea
OR
Should I file my case through NDVO paper based.
Replies will be appreciated.
3. In my case my GF is sponsoring me financially from Canada and we have decided her to pay the first semister course fee and show the rest with all the strong documentation. Is it enough?
