hi guys! I am applying for student visa with my husband and children. My question is, if I am accepted, then all the family members as accepted as well? Or can my husband be rejected because he is a Libyan? Thank you!

We are applying with an agent and they made a typographical errors in his dates of previous employment, instead of May 25,2015 it was typed December 31,2015. Also, they wrote 2012 instead of 2011 in the year when my husband was refused in US tourists visa. Would these affect his application? Can it be

Could these be considered misrepresentation? Btw, we applied online.

Also in our study plan, we didn’t wrote that we will go back to our country after I finished studying. Will this affect our application as well? I applied for a two-year Postgraduate in Nursing in sterling college without PGWP since it’s a private school.

You should send a CSE and inform CIC of the errors in your application.

Approval for students with dependents attending a private college tends to be very difficult, Given the current situation in Libya, it will be assumed that you either want to immigrate or file for asylum.

What do you mean by CSE? We applied with an agent and we sent our application online and we informed them about the errors but they told us that we cannot do anything about it anymore unless they asked for an explanation about it. Also, we have no access to our online application, it’s our agent who has the access. Should we demand them to write CSE about the errors? Thank you!

Oh thank you! Do you think we still have time to report the errors since we applied last December 11? And the visa processing for mu husband was started after he did his biometrics last December 17,2018.

Regarding the one you said that maybe they will assume that we will apply for asylum, we presented assets like house, lots and cars that my husband owned. Do you think these are enough to show that we have strong connection in Libya and that we will go back after?

Also, our agent told me that this mighy cause processing delays, since we are not allowed to send anything to them without any update from our application. Is it true?
