Hello,
I have been waiting on the EE for ever... I do not have enough points.
I am from France and have the maximum score in French and my IELTS is: 8.5-8.0-7.0-7.5
My educational level is only worth 2 years in college. My NOC code 2242 is worthless.

I really want to stop wasting my time waiting and would like to go study a diploma/advanced diploma in Canada.

What would be the best province to do it? So that at the end of the studies I can get the maximum possible points for EE/PNP.
I was thinking Saskatchewan as they are now giving extra point for french speaker.
Or Alberta.

My goal is not to learn something... I don't care about studying... I am only doing it for the points at this stage...

cheers

You should go for a bachelor degree since you don't yet have that level of education. Not having a bachelor degree is really risky in my opinion if your ultimate objective is PR. You may end up spending a ton of money to study a diploma or advanced diploma and not end up having what it takes to apply for PR. If you don't want to spend that much money on an education in Canada, then get a bachelor degree in your home country first and then come to Canada for a post graduate diploma.

What is your CRS score? You need a program that a) builds on your education and b) builds on your current career (better job, higher pay) in your home country. You need to justify spending tens of thousands of dollars.

SINP is based on points and NOC. So you need to check draws on whether your NOC is selected with your score. What is your SINP score?

It's really your choice. I guess it depends on how important PR is to you.

Good luck.

score 62

My NOC is so specific that it never gets drawn.
I guess going for a bachelor would be a good idea then, maybe i can get some modules validated with my pass studies (from my 10 years as a student in Australia...)
