Student Visa suggestion needed!

Hello, I am from Bangladesh and ill apply for MBA in Canada soon. But i have few concerns, hope ill get a proper response.
My IELTS result is 7 (W-6,R-6,L-7.5,S-8), My UG CGPA is 3.17 out of 4, Worked in a respectable company for more then 5 years till 2019 (Last 1 year working in a not that well reputed company). I applied for University Canada West (UCW) and will apply for visa with all the documents. I am financially well covered and my Parents/Wife/Child will stay in Bangladesh (I am applying alone). All my papers are legit and i am a legit student.
But i have 2 tourist visa refusal for Canada, 1st one in 2009 and the 2nd one is in 2014. But i went to Canada in 2006 as a tourist once.
Will my refusals and University like UCW be a problem for the Visa?
Should i go for the visa or apply to a better university?

I guess you may want to go for good public University to increase your chance given your profile

If you want to get returns on money spent on your tuition by way of good employment post-MBA, run far, FAR away from UCW. No one will hire you with a degree from there. If you however, just want to immigrate to Canada and won't mind not getting a good professional job after spending so much on an MBA, then...

Just few days ago, I was chatting to someone in Vancouver who completed his MBA at UCW few years ago. He couldn't get a good job and eventually settled for a position as a keyboardist in a local church.

Also, VOs know UCW is just a degree mill and anyone can get in there, so there's a high rate of refusal for that DLI . Your GPA is fair, you should be able to get admission into better schools.
