Student visa stamping in USA

I have applied for student visa for Canada back in March and got it approved last week, I have to submit my passport for stamping within 30 days, but right now I am in USA, what's the process from USA to submit the passport for stamping?

You need to submit your PP to the Visa location as per the instruction letter issued for PPR
