Student Visa Rejection.

Hello Everyone,

I recently got my Visa rejection letter from the Canadian Visa Office, Chandigarh. I do not understand what the reason could be as the rejection letter indicated the following:
"Given your academic performance, your language ability in specific bands and considering your proposed course Of Study, your travel history and ties to your home Country, I am not Satisfied you would be a bona fide student and a temporary resident."

What does this exactly mean?

Also, what are the chances of getting a Visa for January 2018 session?
Please let me know as this visa rejection has almost shattered all my dreams for Canada

I appreciate your quick response.

I am a Civil Engineer with 2 years of Work Experience (2014-2016).
IELTS 7.5 (R-6.5/ W-7/ S-8/ L-8)
Btech- 66% (2010-14)
12th- 76% (2010)
10th- 85% (2008)

I had applied at Centennial College for Construction Management (Sept intake) as my course work.
