Hi All,
Unfortunately my student Visa got rejected. The reason for rejection are the following:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications,
previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment/available financial
resources, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.
As per the website, I provided all mandatory documents, however I didn't write a statement of Intent explaining the purpose. As SOI/SOP was never mentioned throughout the process, could this be reason of misunderstanding to the VISA officer and rejection?
Can I appeal the officer with an SOP that gives a detailed understanding?
Any other way I can save $235. Will there be barriers in reapplication?
