student visa rejected twice from india , can i apply for visitor visa now 4m usa because i got usa visa approved for my study ., as my brother stays at canada ., i would like to visit him ., so wat are my chances of getting visitor visa HuhHuhHuh?? is their going to be any problem as i have already being rejected twice when i applied for my student visa ., does this gonna effect my visitor visa nw
