student visa rejected can i apply for PR visa

hello,
once my student visa was rejected [credibility of documents]bcoz i submitted wrong experience certificate with wrong guidlines of Agent.Then I submitted orginal ducuments ,pls replay anyone, can i get PR visa

You have not given enough information to determine if you are ok to apply for a PR visa. If the student visa refusal happened by intentionally misleading immigration Canada then you will be barred from applying for 2 years.

Rejection due to supression of facts or fraud can effect your immigration application. They will not consider wrongs of your agent.

Hi my Canadian student visa was rejected in 2014 but not due to misrepresentation.

It was because I dint apply for relevant course and I was a potential immigrant. It was mentioned in refusal letter that I could apply again.

1. Will this influence my PR processing.

2. Do I need to answer yes or no in have you applied to cic before, the question in the express entry pool.
