Student Visa Refusal. Please Help.

Hello All, I am Taiwo, i got admitted for a Degree Programme
I applied for Visa online and was refused on different grounds.

1} You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:
a) your travel history
b) your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
c) purpose of visit
d)your personal assets and financial status.

Pls help me out resolve the above factors

The following are the Document provided for my application that was turned down
1) LETTER OF SPONSORSHIP (reside in USA)
2 LETTER OF INTRODUCTION FROM SPONSOR "My Elder Brother"
3) SPONSOR EMPLOYER ID NO.
4) SPONSOR'S ACCOUNT STATEMENT.
5) APPLICANT ACCTOUNT STATEMENT
6) APPLICANT LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT,
7) SOP
8) POLICE CLEARANCE at the designated center
9) APPLICANT ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT
10) APPLICANT ACADEMIC CERTIFICATE
11) APPLICANT BIRTH CERTIFICATE
12) APPLICANT NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE at Cape Breton.
13) RECIEPT OF TUITION FEE PAID
14) RESIDENCE APPLICATION FILLED AND PAYMENT
15) SPONSOR'S DOCUMENT OF LANDED PROPERTY (asset) in Nigeria
16) Passport photograph inline with the Specification
17) Passport photopage

At this juncture, i need you assistance. Hoping to read from you.

please answer the following questions to get a better answer:

1) LETTER OF SPONSORSHIP (reside in USA)... who was this sponsor?'
2 LETTER OF INTRODUCTION FROM SPONSOR "My Elder Brother"... Do he lives with you in the same house? what does your parents do?
3) SPONSOR EMPLOYER ID NO..... who employer id is this (USA sponsor or your brother?)
4) SPONSOR'S ACCOUNT STATEMENT... again who is this (USA sponsor or your brother?)
6) APPLICANT LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT,.... since how long are you working or into a job?

1) The Sponsor is my eldest brother.
2) No, My sponsor live in the United state and is a Medical Doctor. My parents are retiree's and not financially capable
3) Employer Identification Number is for the sponsor, owns a hospital in usa
4) My sponsor who is my brother account statement
5) Have been on the job for two years
