Hello Everybody,
I am new here, need help from your knowledge and experiance.
I am a girl from Pakistan and my fiance is in canada on
PGWP(post-graduate work permit). He has recently got a job offer
from a bank. This job does count towards PR(so i guess it should be a type
NOC type A but i am not sure). We want to get married now so my
concern/question is what ia the better/quicker way to get in canada?

- Should I apply as a student in a Universty and come their as a student
and then get married??
OR
- Should I get married first and then apply spouse open work permit on the
Basis of my then husband??

Can please help me and guide me?
I will be grateful for ur valuable replies.

I would suggest you to marry first and apply for spouse open work permit. Since your husband has PGWP and working in NOC A category, you are eligible to apply open work permit subject to your education and work experience in Pakistan.

I am also on a same boat as you are. I am on PGWP in Canada and also applied for my wife's OWP online.

Study Permit might be very tough as visa ratio is very low from Pakistan. But, being as married to someone who has skilled work in Canada there is a leverage you might get the visa on humanitarian grounds.
