Hi,

My NOC is 2133 .My CRS is 311 points & IELTS band overall is 7.Its diffcult to write IELTS again bcoz of work commitments.

As i will need to score band 8 overall and have my spouse write IELTS too with a decent score. Its getting critical and not working out as planned.

Is applying on Student visa a better option.Any idea how much time will it take to get PR this way.

Well student visa is not a shortcut at all. For Canadian education you get extra points, but you will have to complete the education. Education for expats is really expensive.

So if you are planning Masters degree, then you need 2 Years of time, Huge Fee, living expenses, and who knows by that time, what CRS scores we will be having.

I am surprised you don't have time to take IELTS, but you have time to change your Country, time to do a higher degree ! :)

G Luck

I came here on student visa. I did a one year course from 2014-2015
My overall score is 452 (including spouse), points which I get for canadian education are just 15.
Even without that I was getting 437. So I was just thinking today about the money I spent 140000$ fees + 10,000 extra expanses just for 15 points :/
Anyways that is my specific case.
Regarding your case:
You would need atleast 1 yr study which will give 15 points. If you work for one year on a work permit in a skilled job then you will be eligible for CEC I guess. which is a long shot in itself, no one knows what rules will be there after 1 or 2 years.
Point 2: since you are married and working, both of these are negatve factors for getting student visa, there is a high chance it will be declined.
you should better try to get Ielts band 8

Hi,
***********advise me please***********
My PR process getting longer for a valid reason. In the mean, my PGWP going to expired on Aug/15/17. So what options I have to stay back in Montreal or any other provinces esp in Ontario. (It is important to mention here that my CSQ application is still under processing.)

Can I go back to school again to get 1 yrs visa extension so that by this time I would get a decision from Quebec immigration or even I can apply for EE just in case?

Prompt response will be appreciated.
Thank you for your time.

Regards.

I have no idea about CSQ brother but if you meet the criteria for Express entry under CEC or FSW then for sure you can apply under EE

And can we chose a avg. university within 15000$ per year and transfer to local Community college after 1 semester.

For ur point 2: My spouse would apply on 2 yrs study student visa and i will go along with her on spouse visa and have a valid work permit. And after i gain some local job exp. (part or full time) i can apply for CEC..plz guide me if im worng.

No
You are right here but still if its doable for you to raise your IELTS score and apply for PR it would be an easier path.
If you certainly cannot then try for student visa.

P.S I added an extra zero in my fees comment, it was $14000 :p
