Student Visa-- My eligibility chances

HI,

Can somebody help me out if iam eligible for a student visa.

1) Studied Batchelors of Arts. Working in IT as system support engineer.Overall 5 years of IT experience
2) IELTS 7.0
3) Property in dad and mom name valued at 10 lakhs INR.Dad owns a lorry and we have given 2 house for rent at 4000 INR Each.NO IT Returns nor bank balance in dad or mom name.
4)Property in my name valued at 6 lakh INR.Have proof of IT Returns. NO bank balance in my name
5)Wife working in a reputed IT Company. Have proof of IT Returns
6)Looking at doing postgraduate in Information Systems Business Analyst offered by George Brown college.
7) Relative in canada is willing to open bank account in my name in canada and deposit 4 lakhs
8) Have FD of 4 lakh each in my name and dad name which will be used to get education loan of INR 10 Lakh.

Everyone's elligible for study permit if:
1. Accepted in a Canadian university without an pre-conditions (things that need to be fulfilled because stepping inside the university)
2. Have enough money for a year worth of expense along with proof of sustainability after that (in case of sponsor, he/she needs to prove her sustainability too after giving you the money i.e. show more money or income)
3. Have no medical conditions that might be a threat for the country
4. Doesn't have any criminal record
5. Has all the legal and required documents
6. Is a human being
