Student visa is refused in Saudi Arabia for 2 reasons, Please help

I am Egyptian staying in Saudi Arabia for work, my application for student visa to Canada was refused for 2 reasons
1-Travel history, while I have not travel to any country else Saudia where I have been staying for 8 years .
2- Immigration status : I am really confused about that, some people say that it means I have to get an exit-re-entry visa from Saudi before I submit the application.?

Please anybody has any information about that?

By the way it is the second time to apply, the first time was refused because of, purpose of travel and immigration statue.
Please, Please, Please ,HELP.

Yes u do need to get exit re entry before u apply
I have also applied a month ago and no respond so far
Can plzz tell wen did u apply and when u received ur pp back from embassy.

I called today Alfifa office and i asked about that, they told me that no need for exit re entery visa?
what do you think? are you sure of this information?
I just want to know how I can solve my problem
