Student visa inviting spouse

One of my cousin is in canda on student visa ... Now she has to get married and call her spouse on spousal visa ... I wanna know that if canada government accept online marriage as a genuine marriage or not ... Or does she need to come to india and do the wedding offline like in a proper way .

No - an online marriage will not be accepted as genuine.

Yes - she needs to travel to India to get married properly and in person.

Hi ,

I am applying for student visa for jan intake. Could anyone suggest that will there be an issue if you have some ongoing loan on you . Like i do have a car loan .i have heard that while applying for PR you should not have any credit on you .Is it the same for student visa as well
