Student visa home maker spouse

Can someone please answer my questions.
1)i got student visa, can I bring my wife on sowp, she is homemaker and has no professional experience.
2)i have two school going kids do I need to get study permit for them to study in Canada. On which visa I can bring them.

Are you on worker `s visa? What is your NOC? 0, A,B?

You could try but I doubt she will get it.
