Student visa help

This is the current situation of the visa application. I applied for visa on 12th of this month and did medicals long back, but still there's no update on the medicals though biometrics updated on the same day I gave biometrics. It's been like more than a week now and processing time for my country is given as 2 weeks. Help me with this details. Please click on the link for image.

i have applied for study permit online on 9th august 2019 but still date it is showing still
processing and no decision so far.I contacted cic through webforms but they gave me same response everytime , still no change in my application status.
