Hello Experts,

Please help.

I had applied for my student visa under general category on December 11th which got rejected.
The Rejection reason mentioned was:
You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay because:
You have not demonstrated that you are sufficiently well established in your country of residence.
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of the following : your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India (the country of the applicant) or Canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

My details:
course applied for: PG D in Human Resource mgmt Business Administration
Graduation: Graduated in 2007 in B.E(computer science)
Worked Test Eng – Aug 2007 to Dec 2008
Worked as a Recruiter– Jan 2009 to Dec 2010
Worked as a Recruiting Lead – Feb 2010 - till date
IELTS - Total 6.5 R-5.5 L-7 S-6.5 W-6.5

Paid my first term fees and showed 10lacs in account for next semester and living expenses.

No education gap, no employment gaps do have 7 backlogs in engineering. My course is also relevant as i have 6 year of experience in US recruiting.

Showed my income proof an my brothers, my mother is landlord provided rent receipts.

Please help as to what changes should I make to my application while reapplying. i dono why it got rejected. please help im just worried. :(

Thanks

My opinion about your issue is that to the eyes of immigration, your study permit is most likely your way to stay in Canada permanently which is not the purpose of a study permit, they expect you to leave Canada after your studies which in your situation is clear that you are looking to live in Canada permanently, you are currently working as a recruiter which needs a human resources training, also you can find a wide number of colleges/universities in your own country providing the same training, so to the eyes of immigration that doesn't make sense that you rather pay high fees in Canada to study a career your are already working in. So their conclusion is that you are looking your wait out of your country. Maybe you can try another immigration category.

I am from pakistan . I ve applied for January 2015 intake on oct 2014 and got refusal on november 18 2014 stated the reason of refusal
purpose of visit
Personal assets and financial status

I reapplied for may session 2015 on 8th Jaunuary 2015 .Then i highlighted my purpose of visit is solely study and mentioned i have struggled alot for taking an admission . while on second reason i highlighted that my personal assets are all my parents assets that i gave them sponsership affidavit of my parents . and again got refusal on 30th March 2015 , now this time vo stated the reason only purpose of visit .

My Profile is

BBA with 2.79 CGPA completed in december 2013
IELTS 6 overall only listening 5,5
Finance 33,000 Can$ + half tuition fees with all supporting documents
Sponsered by Parents and brother living together in pakistan
No travel outside pakistan
Applied for Postgraduate 1 year Diploma program in Business administration from North Island College
Employment of 14K

Now i have applied for CAIPS notes and waiting for it but still i am unable to understand the meaning of "Purpose of visit" as i have been accepted from College and paid half tuition fees as well but the problem is where?

Can somebody help me that whether i would have to reapply or not ? or change my institute or program any sugesstions you people may have

"Purpose of visit" means that CIC is not convinced you are a genuine student and believes you have plans to remain in Canada long-term.

I appreciate for your reply . But i have thoroughly explained the reason to Visa officer that my intentions are only to study in canada and will return back to my home country to make a luxurious life in Pakistan. What are the actual flows in my case whey visa officer is not been convinced by me . Any other supporting documents should i had to attached while applying visa ? . I have no gap in my studies and recently done my bachelors and going only for advanced study to enhance my skills and professional education . I will be very thankful to you if you people guide me . More please suggest me whether i have any chance for getting visa if i take step towards reapply my study visa and if yes then what additional documents should i have to be attached ?
