Student visa applied together with Spousal open work permit for Sept intake, 2021- please gather here

I have applied for my SDS with SOWP on 20th May. Please find the details below

1. Country : India
2. File submission date : 20th May, 2021
3. Biometric submission date - 23rd June, 2021
4. Upfront Medical - 3rd May,2021.

Biometric got updated on the application but Medical not updated yet, BVL/PPR not received.

Background check started after Biometrics
Eligibility review started: July 3rd

no medical request not BVL ! Still same status
I applied from USA, spouse currently in Pakistan
