My queries are :-
1] I am 36 old looking for student visa ? am i eligible?

BE: 67%
12th : 60%
10th 57%
IELTS : 6.5

2]Also if yes can i sponsor my wife as a dependent while I am on student visa?
3]Please help with any cheap and best colleges in canada or any provinces ?
4]Please help with good lawyer and consultants who can help us .

Kindly help and guide as here in India we are not getting the right information. i have 8 years of experience

First of all, no one can guide u just by knowing ur age. Unless u post ur education profile, job, ielts, ur future course consideration etc, no one can help. Secondly its not all about age, there are students 18-26 yrs old getting visas as well as rejections. In the end, its about VO getting convinced that u r a genuine student with enough funds to sustain ur education and family and will return to home country. It would be better if u apply to university as they dont have any such age criteria.

like wordlife said above age is not a requirement for admission...if u meet college/university admission requirements ur good to go. yes ur wife can either apply for a dependent visa(non work visa) or work permit depending on ur study permit duration etc. u have to search for college/university according to ur field if u do an internet search u will find all the information. mostly its all check lists . dont go to consultants they will force u to go to a college for which they get most commission which may or may not be good for ur career as well as visa. do ur own search its very easy.visa application is just a check list which u can read and see which documents u c can attach. all visa info is in the below link for indians
