Student Visa after history of Rejections

Hello Everyone,

I have a bit of history when it comes to Canada’s visa refusals. Just to tell you all, I have completed my graduation from London UK, London Metropolitan University in the year 2010.

Canada Visa refusals:
July 2005 – Student visa
July 2005 – Student Visa (re-applied after refusal)
July 2008 – Family Visa (it was my brother’s wedding in Canada so whole family applied for visa)
June 2010 – Tourist visa
July 2010 – Tourist Visa (re applied tourist visa from London)

I know it’s a bit of a history. Now I am in India since April 2011, I have been working in India since then. Now I want to study further and do my masters from Canada. I am not sure how my visa file would be processed as in after so many visa rejections. But I do have very strong ties here; I have my family business and my work history here in India.

My brother lives in Vancouver as he’s Canadian Citizen also my parents has a super visa for 10 years. Please guide me further whether I should apply for visa or not? Will they consider my file as a genuine or not?

As far as I am concerned... previous refusals are not a reason for new refusal... I mean there is a reason for every refusal.... You need to figure that out and work on that.... make sure you meet every requirement and you should be fine... Having your brother here might be an issue but really not a determinant because my brother is a Canadian citizen as well and I got my visa on first attempt....

So make sure to have every supporting documents you need and you should be just fine...

Just fix the problems in previous refusals. Did you not check caips ever?

Have got 2 refusals in may 2015 stating "Your proposed studies is not in light with one or more of.....". At that time i got admission in fanshawe college . But now i have got admission in Masters at Concordia University . I have applied for CAQ . What are the chances for visa this time could be ?

GTO911 - I did check CAIPS buddy, it had the same reason like they weren't satisfied whether i will return back home or not. Even in 2005, when i applied for the study visa I had a student loan too.
