student visa after having 2 years of education gap between higher secondary education and graduation

my education details :
10th standard - 2010 (70.92%)
12th standard - 2012 (45.71%) Higher Secondary Education
BSc.IT - 2014-2017(63.56%) from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from India

my question is :

I am having 2 years of education qualification between Higher Secondary Education and Graduation, can i get canada student visa?

please help me with this query.

As per my knowledge, there is no issue and you can apply for student visa. But, may be there is need to explain the reason of gap in SOP. Moreover, kindly collect further information before reaching to any decision.
