Student visa after 13 year study gap

I need your help!!
Gap in education -13 years.
Work Experience - 12 Years.
Work domain: Telecom.
Highest Qualification - 4 Year engineering Degree.(electronics and communication)

I want to go to Canada for Master's program.
Please guide, which course i can choose and in which province/university.
how i can apply for this and chances of refusal.
