Hello this is my case my wife is going to study in Canada she has not worked in the last year but just got a job last month. We are looking to apply for the study permit. We have a joint bank account with sufficient funding to show as proof my question is can I show the statement we have on the joint or must it be an account of her own .can someone please assist me here

You can show the one on the joint and attach a notarized letter stating she has full rights/access to the funds.
