my student permit was ending and i was waiting for my diploma to arrive.
My diploma took a while to arrive and in the mean time they refused my student permit and i have been asked to leave canada immediately(no restoration)
I got my diploma the next day.
Can i go to the usa-canada border and flagpole for a pgwp?
