I appreciated this forum and it might help in my situation thanks ev1.
I am a visitor my visa expires 25 nov I did my esl exam i got ACCEPTANCE Letter which mention validity untill 2014 but first i have to upgrade.
6 months and than choose the programe to cont my question is.
1-I have already applied for the extension visitors can i apply study permit for the upgrade 6 months or i can apply 3 years together.
2-I am Kenyan citizen therefore i am planing to apply in Seattle if i get approved do i have to go seattle and if so than how will i enter the US and how will enter again in to canada?
3-i have my aunt who is ready to sponsor me but i have the family too is this going to give any obstruction in my application.
please assist me anyone who can share views or experience .
